Our Online Classes are run live to you via Zoom – meaning that you have real-time interactions with our dedicated Instructors and other friendly participants, all from the comfort of your home. Our wide range of classes means that every day is different – and you can pick and choose the classes you wish to attend. It’s flexible, fun, and a great way to stay active! Regular exercise provides a host of benefits for the body, including maintaining muscle strength, reducing the risk of falls, improving balance and flexibility, and boosting concentration and brain function. Not to mention the ‘happy’ brain chemicals that are released when you move your body!

 

TIMETABLE

MONDAY 11 am: Active & Fit

TUESDAY 11 am: Zumba

WEDNESDAY 10 am: Strength, Stretch & Relax

WEDNESDAY 6:30 pm: Strong & Active

THURSDAY 9 am: Fitter & Stronger

FRIDAY 12 noon: Yoga for Nepalese Community

HOW TO JOIN

Signing up to attend our online class schedule requires a small subscription fee. Book your place by calling Head Office on 8580 0628 or emailing info@share.org.au.
