TAI CHI IN THE PARK

All are welcome to join us for a free session of Tai Chi in the Park, available across South Eastern Sydney.¬†Participants work within their own comfort zone and always learn new skills. It is slow, gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless – while still giving you the key benefits of fitness, including muscle strength, flexibility, balance, movement, concentration and a boost to your mood. Discover Tai Chi – your mind, body and soul will thank you for it.
