Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter! A reminder that this long weekend is the perfect time to relax and reset – so our top tips for making the most of this time are..
🐣 Reflect on your health goals for the year. What are you hoping to achieve? Perhaps improvements in balance, fitness level, or eating well – whatever your goal, remind yourself of the steps you need to take to keep moving forward.
🐣 Stay active – go for a walk in the sun, or get out in your backyward or local park for some gentle stretches. Even 10 minutes a day can make a huge difference to your mental and physical health. Our Hydrotherapy Class on April 1st were extra active – and wore festive Bunny Ears to show it!
🐣 Flex those creative muscles with a Easter project! Try baking healthy carrot muffins, write a card for friends and family, or decorate a pot plant with decorated eggs. A great way to involve the grandkids too.
