Specifically developed to promote health outcomes

Our fitness programs are developed from internationally recognised research to provide optimal benefits for those over 50 – targeting key concerns such as reducing the risk of falls, maintaining a healthy weight, looking after your mental health and more.

Government guidelines recommend at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most, preferably all, days.

With around 2 classes to choose from each day, ranging from gentle Yoga to strengthening Active & Fit, there is something for everyone!
