Ayurveda Event – Castlereagh Hotel
SHARE Instructors , participants and staff attended ‘Ayurveda for Holistic Health’ presented by Dr Sharma, followed by refreshments and networking. Ayurveda is a system of traditional medicine native to India which includes exercise through yoga. All attendees found this event to informative, interesting and fun – as it demonstrated the many health benefits of Ayurveda.

$67,000 Boost for SHARE Wellness Programs
Mr Mark Coure MP, Member for Oatley, Parliamentary Secretary for Transport and Infrastructure announced a donation of $67,000 to SHARE SMR INC to assist with the purchase of a 12-seater bus to transport program participants who no longer able to drive and/or rely on family and friends.
