Our NEW FREE 3-week program celebrates physical, social and mental health through traditional exercise methods and wellbeing seminars – giving you the support and information you need to move well and live well.
All are welcome! Suitable for a variety of cultural and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds with translated resources and multilingual speakers.

Who should join us for Culture & Care?
Anyone and everyone who is over 50 and is looking for ways to stay healthy. Perhaps you’ve been feeling disconnected and lonely, or finding it difficult to get into a healthy routine, or even just looking for a new way to meet people and have fun.We’ll be touching on tips & tricks for your wellbeing – particularly in terms of staying active for life, boosting brain health, and preventing chronic conditions including cancer. Feel empowered to make decisions about your health, connected to culture and community – and most of all – feel ACTIVE, STRONG and HEALTHY!
What should I bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing, closed in joggers and bring a bottle of water.
Which session should I come to?
We encourage you to join us for all three sessions to gain the most benefits from this fantastic program! If that’s not possible, you are welcome to come to whichever ones you choose – simply select from the list in the booking form below.
