TAI CHI IN THE PARK

All are welcome to join us for a free session of Tai Chi in the Park, available across South Eastern Sydney. Participants work within their own comfort zone and always learn new skills. It is slow, gentle and doesn’t leave you breathless – while still giving you the key benefits of fitness, including muscle strength, flexibility, balance, movement, concentration and a boost to your mood. Discover Tai Chi – your mind, body and soul will thank you for it.
