Bring along your friends, family, neighbours – let’s work together for positive change!\n \nDid you know up to 1 in 3 seniors experience depression and poor mental health? \nNo more has this been evident than during the last 18 months. As well as being at a greater risk of serious illness if they have COVID-19, the lockdown, physical distancing restrictions, stress and fear of the virus have left many at an increased risk of being isolated and vulnerable.\nRegular and reliable support is vital to help seniors in our community maintain wellbeing, social connection, and confidence and independence to get back to the activities they love the most. \nThis is our why – we are raising money for mental health programs which will help those most in need and make a real difference in people’s lives.\nPlease join us in supporting this important cause – every dollar makes a difference.\n
