Whether you prefer to use weights, get in the pool or simply stretch, SHARE has a class to suit you.
Our classes are run by qualified and experienced instructors who can give you all the guidance and advice you need. And unlike some exercise classes elsewhere, we limit our class sizes to make sure you get the attention you need.
If you are looking for something that will improve your strength, fitness, flexibility and balance then Fitter & Stronger, Strong & Active or Strength, Stretch and Relax are the right classes for you. Classes that challenge your mind and body or lower your blood pressure include Relax and Unwind or Tai Chi.
