Ayurveda Event – Castlereagh Hotel

SHARE Instructors , participants and staff attended ‘Ayurveda for Holistic Health’ presented by Dr Sharma, followed by refreshments and networking. Ayurveda is a system of traditional medicine native to India which includes exercise through yoga. All attendees found this event to informative, interesting and fun – as it demonstrated the many health benefits of Ayurveda.

The Hon Premier Gladys Berejiklian and The Hon. John Sidoti MP Minister for Sport, Minister for Multiculturalism Minister for Seniors, Minister for Veterans invited Indian Community leaders, members, and association presidents to afternoon tea to personally thank the contribution this community makes to NSW.
