This week, workplaces throughout Australia will be celebrating Harmony Week to acknowledge the contributions of multicultural communities by hosting events and activities with global food, music, and traditional dress – but, is there more we can do?
Harmony Day on March 21 which has morphed into Harmony Week, marks the United Nations’ International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
In a world that faces the ongoing threat of racism sparking renewed conversation and global protests, meaningful action needs to be taken to address racism in our own backyard, starting with how to combat racial discrimination in our workplaces.
